MIUNIC® vacuum blood collection tubes are manufactured from medical-grade PET selected for transparency, dimensional consistency, vacuum stability, and compatibility with routine blood collection and laboratory workflows.

The tube material is carefully selected to minimize unwanted material interaction and support specimen integrity from collection through laboratory analysis.

Each tube configuration is engineered according to its intended clinical application. Where applicable, high-purity medical-grade additives and separator technologies are incorporated through controlled manufacturing processes designed to support uniform distribution, appropriate blood-to-additive ratios, and specimen stability.

Products are manufactured under controlled cleanroom conditions. Sterile configurations undergo validated ethylene oxide sterilization processes in accordance with the applicable product specifications, helping maintain product integrity until the point of use.

Tube dimensions, calibrated vacuum, stopper performance, additive quality, internal components, packaging integrity, and validated shelf-life performance are carefully controlled to support intended product performance.
